Homeland Security on Economics?
Listened to this today and thought it was rather disturbing that Homeland Security would be interested in Copy rite issues involving Toys sold in a small store. Some things of Note: The toy involved was a Rubic's Cube knock off toy. The original Cubes patent had lapsed, even so, the homeland security took it upon itself to invade the private business of Pufferbelly Toys owner Stephanie Cox and force her WITHOUT A WARRANT, COURT ORDER, INJUNCTION, or any other constitutionally provided method to remove this stupid toy from her shelves.
Did they Go after the Manufacturer? NO! The Supplier? NO? Was Rubics patent really Expired? YES! EVEN IF IT HAD NOT EXPIRED(which it had)... what business is it of homeland security to get involved with patent infringement, isn't that what real courts are for? What then were they Doing and WHY? Click on the Link below and decide for yourself.
ASK QUESTIONS! EXPECT AND DEMAND ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS!
And then ask yourself this Question....
If it could happen to Pufferbelly toys and Stephanie Cox, COULD IT HAPPEN TO ME?
TOY NAZI's?
